RIVA Solutions, a leading provider of IT services and solutions for federal agencies, is proud to announce a new task order award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The contract focuses on the redesign and development of the public-facing Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project-User Support (HCUP-US) website, aimed at improving user interaction, streamlining data information and access, and enhancing the digital experience of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).
The HCUP-US website is a critical resource for healthcare professionals, policymakers, and researchers, providing comprehensive data on hospital use, outcomes, and costs in the United States. For this important initiative, RIVA will utilize our proven Integrated Digital Experience (iDX) framework, which combines a Human Centered Design (HCD)-driven user experience, Content Strategy, and Drupal platform implementation. RIVA Solutions is honored to contribute to this important work, ensuring that the platform remains at the forefront of healthcare data accessibility and usability.
“We are thrilled to partner with HHS on this important initiative,” said Danielle Cox, VP of Client Delivery at RIVA Solutions, who manages RIVA’s HHS portfolio. “Our team is dedicated to delivering a user-centric, scalable solution that not only enhances access to vital healthcare data but also aligns with AHRQ’s strategic goals and branding. This task order win reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting HHS in its mission to improve health outcomes for all Americans.”
